Where We Ship?

www.8bithero.co offers shipping to all USA states.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. 

Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) for us to process your order. Orders received before 4PM PST are usually shipped on the same day.


We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing
We Offer Free shipping within The United States.

Orders will ship upon payment being cleared, The typical order arrives in 8-10 days. Some extreme conditions it can take up to but no more than 30 days, keep in mind this is rare.

The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.



Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

www.8bithero.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.8bithero.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

undeliverable / incomplete / incorrect address

At 8BitHero, we pride ourselves in human interaction. We are actual people that review your orders… and addresses. If there is an error, someone will usually catch it. However, it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address because we are everything you need, except psychic. If your address is undeliverable, incomplete or incorrect, the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs again. If you choose, in such a case, to return the items for a refund, the shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also incur a 20% restocking fee. Please check your address to guarantee that it’s correct.
